Contact: common questions
How quickly do you reply?
Most general enquiries get a reply within two working days. Data corrections — a wrong scoreline, kick-off time or stat — are usually actioned the same day because they go straight to the analyst who owns that sport and feed. Media requests during busy match windows may take slightly longer, but we acknowledge everything we receive.
Can I request a league you do not currently cover?
Please do. Tell us the competition name, the country, and ideally a source for reliable stats if you know one. We add leagues when the underlying data is good enough to model honestly, and most of our recent additions started as a reader request. We will reply to say whether it is on the roadmap or why it does not qualify yet.
Do you accept guest posts or paid placements?
We do not accept paid placement in our predictions under any circumstances — not from bookmakers, tipsters, or affiliate marketers. For genuine editorial collaborations, research partnerships or press enquiries, use the media contact and explain what you have in mind. Unsolicited SEO articles and link inserts are ignored.
I think one of your stats is wrong. What should I send?
Three things: the fixture URL or team names, the specific number that looks wrong, and where you are seeing the correct figure (official league site, federation feed, etc.). That is usually enough for us to trace it back to the data pipeline and fix it. Screenshots help but are not required.
Can I report a broken tip or missing match?
Yes. If a fixture was postponed, abandoned, or our page shows stale team news, tell us via the data corrections address. Include the match and what changed. We will either update the write-up, downgrade the confidence rating, or remove the tip if the read is no longer valid.
Do you offer API access or data licensing?
Not publicly. Our models and feeds are for on-site editorial use. If you represent a media organisation or research project with a serious enquiry, email the media address with scope, sport and intended use. We do not license tips for republishing on third-party tipping apps.
How do I ask about your methodology?
Use the general contact form and name the sport and market you care about — for example "How do you model BTTS in lower-league football?" Sport-specific methodology is also summarised on each hub page and in longer blog articles. We are happy to explain a number you do not understand on a fixture page.
