A plain-English account of what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Short version: you can use this entire site without telling us anything about yourself.

What we collect
You can read every prediction on this site without giving us anything. We only hold personal data in two situations: when you send us a message through the contact form, and when analytics records an anonymised view of how the site is used.

Cookies and local storage
We use the minimum storage the site needs to function. Your accumulator selections are kept in your browser's local storage so the slip survives a page refresh. That data never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
- Essential storage: your accumulator selections and any display preferences. No consent required because the site cannot function as intended without them.
- Analytics: aggregated, anonymised page view data with no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers.
- We do not sell data, we do not run behavioural advertising, and we do not share data with bookmakers.
Legal basis for processing
For contact form submissions our legal basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us and expect a reply. For analytics our basis is legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the service, using data that cannot identify you.
Your rights
- Access: request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data, which we will do unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Restriction and objection: ask us to stop a particular use of your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Complaint: raise a concern with your national data protection authority at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@allsportspredict.com. We respond within 30 days and we will not ask you to justify the request.
Third parties
The site is served from a hosting provider that processes request logs on our behalf, and we use an analytics provider under a data processing agreement. Odds and statistical data arrive from licensed sports data suppliers and contain no personal information about you. We do not embed bookmaker tracking pixels.
Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted encrypted and access to them is limited to the analysts who need to action them. We hold no payment data of any kind, because we never take payments.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data through this site, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and revise the last updated date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site rather than made quietly.
